three days two nights i stayed in this hotel felt very pleasant because the breakfast was very delicious, and the room was very clean, thanks especially to swan who cleaned our room when we were having breakfast and a very large swimming pool next to the beach.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble.

Staff:

From the minute we arrived at reception, every single member of staff was warm, helpful and went above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure that our stay was magical. 
We spent most evenings at the bar recovering from our daily adventures and the staff were more than happy to answer our questions about Bali and their culture. At no point did it feel like it was because it was their job but because they have a genuine joy in sharing their customs and beliefs.

Accommodation:

Our room was stunning. The bed was massive and comfortable and it was spotless and kept so for the duration of our stay – housekeeping even made sure that our shoes were in a neat row (something that we never think about!)
The room was well equipped with air con and a ceiling fan, a safe, mini bar and ample storage/hanging space for clothes.
The bathroom was stunning and again, spotless and the drench shower was amazing! The shampoo and bodywash provided felt luxurious. 

Food and drink:

The variety at breakfast is second to none and the menus (both paying and all inclusive) are ample. The food is delightful and best of all, if you like spice, they are happy to add to any dishes so this suits everyone – those who want a taste of Bali with less heat and those who want to eat like the Balinese.
Drinks are lovely – the Cosmopolitan and the Pineapple mojito became firm favourites of ours!

Facilities:

We were on the beach side. There are ample sun loungers, beach towels can be collected by the pool and the pool is gorgeous. Lots of room to relax and swim.
The beach is in front of the pool and also has sun loungers on it. All loungers have parasols should you want a bit of shade.

There is an on-site spa and gym which seemed well equipped (we looked through the window!)

I understand that everyone has a different experience but having read some of the negative reviews, it feels like we were staying in a completely different resort to those reviewers and having chatted to quite a few guests (some of whom return year after year) throughout our stay, they all seemed to be having the same wonderful experience as we did.

Narti and Wartini were amazing. We felt totally relaxed after our massage at the spa at novotel Benoa. We both asked for a deep tissue and they delivered. They even looked after my toe that i had injured on my way tot he spa. Thank you again xoxox

Amazing massages

The Novotel Benoa was AMAZING!! It was a little bit out of Nusa Dua which we liked because it was a little bit quieter and not as busy. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and zen. The staff were all very lovely and happy to see us. The rooms were beautiful and cool. Very clean and comfortable. The food was very yummy and the service was spot on. The only negative I have was the pillows, they weren’t soft fluffy pillows, they were flat and uncomfortable and we woke up with neck pain most mornings.

AMAZING BALI HOLIDAY

This is our second time here 10 out of 10. Staff are fabulous, friendly and welcoming make u feel part of the family. They go way and beyond to please you.
Hospitality is kept to a true Balinese 5 star service. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful buffet and dinner with plenty of variety and relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend their spa & massage treatments. This has been the best resort we've been too and will come back more times
