Pool

Had a wonderful 2nd stay at this hotel .the check-in is done in minutes unlike the wait for your luggage at cancun. Porter brings your cases in no time 

Food 
Excellent we ate at buffet every night and you could help yourself to allsorts including fillet mignon lobsters and lovely bits of fish .we were well looked after by deyser in the evening. 
It is a shame we couldn't use the other restaurants as my wife is a vegan and nothing there for her .

Pools 
There are 3 pools and a pool bar which can be loud at times .no problems with sunbeds and the beach with lots more sunbeds is just down the steps .the sea had a little weed but they try there best to clear it 

Bars 
We were well looked after downstairs by Angel and animiel taking our orders .there were a few good bands playing then the rest of the shows were typical holiday fair 
In the upstairs bar we were looked after by omar a visit to this place is a must to listen to the pianist he will play anything 

Weather 
Been 40 everyday with no rain slightly humid at times but no mosquitoes. As I'm writing this I am looking at over the Caribbean sea drinking a pina coladas 

Wonderful 2nd visit 

We had a wonderful time. Staff was excellent. Front desk with Ulises and Paulo were very helpful. Housekeeping and resturants were outstanding. Special props to entertainment venue and wait staff were friendly, courteous and  responsive to our every need. We will be back.and it will not take 21 years

Return to honeymoon Location 21 years later

We had a wonderful visit in August and wanted to come back with the family. We found everything to be excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We’ll be back!

Just got back from a great holiday at the hotel first time in Mexico. The hotel was great. Starting with the service. Service was excellent from waiters and waitress, bar staff cleaners reception staff and door staff given excellent information and sorting taxis out. Food was lovely and plenty full. Ala court restaurants was good. Buffet was excellent breakfast and dinner. Lunch was great too. Drinks where great too. Pools was good plenty off sunbeds. Beach was lovely and ground's where nice. Plenty off wildlife overall was great. Room little dated but not a problem. Comeing back next year

Stayed for 3 weeks from 6/5/25, 
A great 3 week stay felt like we lived there.
The room made request for room did not happen BUT WAS ALLOCATED a very nice room second floor left hand side over fountains.
Must the person cleaning the room DIEGO MADE THE ROOM look new every one best house keep the place have, I’m sure they are all good.
The next person who impressed us was Charlie he is a young man who works behind the scenes in the lobby bar under the guidance of Ellena , Rigo and Omar.
Charlie looks that he WANTS to be at the palace he shows the signs of a hard worker and we hope he has the opportunity to improve.
Again the build doesn’t make the hotel the staff do.
There are to many staff to mention big thank to all for a great stay.
STAYED HERE 30 times have seen changes you would over 25 years.
But why do we come back there’s something for everyone of all ages.

Down side if there are all Rui hotels look the same internally you could be anywhere when inside and RPM IS STARTING TO ACT toward being like a club RIU when looking to what it was when opened
