The best hotel I’ve stayed in a long time in Cancun so far. The staff is very professional helpful, friendly and amazing. You can tell how they really enjoy what they do. The rooms are spotless, high ceilings, VIP amenities. The beds are clean and comfortable. The food is sooo delicious , their bar have a great VIP brands. The bartenders put a lot of effort to offer a great mixology. Even the hotel is brand new really worth it. Give it a chance, you won’t regret it. I’m going to go back there soon for sure.

Everybody should visit this hotel at least once in their lifetime!

The gym has to be one of the best run resort gyms I’ve ever seen. They offer the most amazing classes, yoga, HIIT, core finishers. The team is so nice and helpful, it’s like having personal access to personal trainers for your entire stay. Julio runs the most organized gym I’ve ever seen, Alex & Hernan are so fun with all the classes and trust me you are going to look fire when you’re done.

Great Fitness Environment

I stayed at SLS Cancun solo and had the most incredible time—the room was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the whole vibe was relaxing and luxurious. The staff was always kind and attentive. A big shout out to Antonio for his amazing service and warm energy throughout my stay. I left feeling refreshed!!

Amazing Stay at SLS Cancun

I stayed at SLS Cancun for one night expecting a luxurious experience. While the property itself is beautiful, the service was among the most disappointing I’ve experienced at any 5-star hotel—and I travel frequently.

Here’s what went wrong:
	1.	Unauthorized Tip Charges – I was shocked to discover two separate gratuity charges on my final bill, one of which was added to a breakfast I never signed for, and another where I clearly left the tip field blank (I have photo proof). This is unacceptable and borders on forgery.
	2.	Rude Bar Staff – When I ordered during Happy Hour (advertised until 8:00 PM), I was falsely told it had ended—at 7:54 PM. The bartender reluctantly gave me the second drink only after I pushed back, and his attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional.
	3.	Neglect at the Beach Club – I sat on a lounger for over 20 minutes without anyone offering towels, menus, or drinks. I had to approach the staff twice just to get basic service. To be fair, the beach club manager did step in and was helpful once I raised the issue, but the frontline service was completely inattentive.
	4.	Undercooked Lobster at Dinner – My lobster arrived raw in the center with a jelly-like texture. I had to send it back to be properly cooked.

This was my first—and probably last—time at SLS Cancun. For the price and brand, I expected so much more. If management takes guest feedback seriously, they’ll urgently address the dishonest billing practices and inconsistent

Fraudulent Charges and Service Issues at SLS Cancun

The SLS Cancun is a beautiful boutique hotel experience on a gorgeous beach with nearby access to shopping and kite surfing.  The poolside service from Antonio is phenomenal as is the view of the water from the pool deck.  There is a DJ playing amazing original remixes beachside where you can dine on delicious pizza most every day of the week!  Tuesday and Thursday evenings do not miss Channa, her romantic musical stylings should not be missed, as you dine on restaurant Cleo's sumptuous Mediterranean menu.  Once you retire to your room enjoy space and scenery with rain-shower and balcony, and start your day with a trip to the well-appointed gym facilities.
