The hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is so wonderful and attentive. Especially Abel who was our server in the cevicheria, he was so helpful and kind to us, really made the a difference! The hotel in general was very well kept and overall had a perfect vacation.

Amazing!

Let me tell you about my stay at the Marriott All-Inclusive in Cancun — it was amazing from start to finish!

The property is absolutely beautiful, so well-maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the bathrooms were fantastic — great plumbing, amazing water pressure. The bedding was super comfortable, although the beds could’ve been just a bit higher quality. Still, I slept great every night.

Now the food… incredible! There were so many great options, but the breakfast buffet at the Polynesian restaurant was my absolute favorite. All the breakfast servers were so kind and accommodating, and a big shoutout to Chef Adriana at the omelet station — she was quick, efficient, and remembered everyone’s order. She even remembered mine the next day without me saying a word! We also had a fantastic server named Samuel who took such great care of us.

I didn’t get to try the Mexican breakfast, but everyone we talked to said it was a must. For dinner, the hibachi experience was so fun, and the Mexican restaurant was delicious. The only one I didn’t love was Hana, the Polynesian restaurant, but even then, the hostess Cicaly was so warm and welcoming every morning when we went for breakfast.

The pool area was another highlight — beautiful setup and top-tier service. Huge thanks to Carlos and Cesar by the pool, and Sebastian, Abraham, and Carlos at the pool bar — they were all so attentive and kind. The entertainment team was fantastic — Alexis and Michael made games fun in the water, and Sandy, who taught water aerobics, was such a joy to learn from.

One of the most relaxing parts of the trip? The beach massages. The spa staff were incredible — so kind and skilled. My friend and I both loved our experience.

Honestly, every single staff member deserves recognition. I wish I could remember all their names, because everyone was just so genuine, helpful, and warm.

There’s great nightly entertainment, and the lobby bar was a fun spot to hang out with excellent drinks and even better service.

It’s also just a quick 20-minute drive from the airport, which makes getting there super convenient. The gym was great, and the check-in staff made a great first impression — friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. And even though I don’t have kids, I noticed they had a really nice kids’ area with a water park and a drop-off service, which is great for families.

Now, here are some tips to make the most of your stay:

Download the Marriott Experience App so you can easily make all your dinner reservations in advance.
Book your spa treatments and excursions early — they fill up fast!
And definitely use the Prestige Transportation service for airport rides. The drivers were so kind and professional — it made everything easy and stress-free.

All in all, I truly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re thinking about it — just book it and go! You’re going to love every minute.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Book It and Go

The experience of an all-inclusive is truly mind blowing. This resort is beautiful and the staff are all so kind. Carlos at Toscanni/Hana was by far the best server during our week-long stay. His attentiveness and warmth really made our meal memorable. Definitely make reservations at these Italian/Polynesian gems and ask for Carlos! You will not regret it. Thank you, Carlos, for being the absolute best! :)

Beautiful resort - Carlos is the BEST server!

This was our 2nd visit since the hotel became All Inclusive and was even better than our first visit last September.  The restaurant and food choices have expanded. We were there for 8 nights and were able to enjoy something different every night.  The breakfast buffets are both amazing.  We personally like Casa Madre because of the taco bar and Mexican choices but Hana has a beautiful outdoor terrace that makes breakfast very chill and relaxing.    You can't go wrong no matter where you eat.  Dinner outside at Toscanni is beautiful. Right on the beach.  Only downside is its small so there are limited reservations so book early! 

The standout here are the staff!  Everyone is so friendly and helpful.  We have our favorites - Pablo, Leonardo, Uver, Cesar, Carlos, Jesus, Reynaldo and Francisco - to name a few!  They will do everything they can to make your vacation special.  Tip generously and tip often!  They really deserve it!

The nighttime entertainment has also expanded since last fall.  Every performance we saw was excellent!   

This is a great resort!  We will be back again soon!

Great Resort for a Family or Couples Vacation!

Wonderful resort in every aspect.  Beautiful location with breathtaking views of the aqua blue water.  The resort and rooms  are spotless, updated and extremely well maintained.  Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful.  Sebastian, the bartender at Hana Polynesian, did a great job of entertaining us while we waited for our table.  He was funny kept giving us drink ideas to try.  Also we had a memorable night at the Mexican restaurant where Jesus was our waiter.  His recommendations were wonderful as was the food.  He even brought us one dish we didn’t order but he wanted us to try.  It was great as well.  

We had no issues getting chairs by the pool or the beach.  If you have an extended stay and want even more variety you can walk next door to the JW Marriott that has its own fine dining restaurants. You have to pay for those of course.  

Great stay and would definitely do it again.

Fantastic Resort!

The magnificent complex is located in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone. The rooms enjoy views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, or the Nichupté Lagoon. The lively tourist centre with its many shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found just a few minutes' drive away. Cancún International Airport is 16 km from the establishment.
