Scandalized by your silence and your total lack of professionalism, I can only strongly advise against staying at this hotel, where I was the victim of fraud. I stayed at your establishment from the 25th until 31st of January 2025, and since then, I have been trying in vain to recover MY money.
I stayed at your hotel in February, during which two deposits of 8,000 Mexican pesos each were held on my account. At the end of my stay, one of these amounts was debited, despite the fact that I had already paid for my entire stay in full and in good faith. No explanation was provided for this charge.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact your team (three to be exact) but I have received no reply, and no refund has been issued. Meanwhile, I have incurred additional costs trying to resolve this issue. Your customer service has proven completely unresponsive, except when it's time to collect payments.
This is utterly shameful for a hotel group that claims to offer five-star service. You charge for luxury, but deliver indifference and theft disguised as a deposit.
This is no longer incompetence it's dishonesty. It is simply unacceptable. You are nothing but common scammers.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderfull trip and hotel stay to the Intercontinenal  Presidente. The location worked well for us as there was local bus service outside the door and taxi service was always available. The beach was pristine " NO SAGASSO" . The room was clean and comfotable and spotless. Kevin at the Front Deskfor helping me out on more than one occasion. He helped me with a major cell phone issue thus allowing me to stay in communication with family!!!!! THXS KEVIN!!!! We will continue to stay at this IC on our return trips. It is people like Kevin who are there for you that make it special.

5 days of Bliss

The beach is magnificent, hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the staff are very friendly in the reception (forgot their names), and in the restaurants specially Antonio, in Caribono at the breakfast, the food is nice as well breakfast and menus

I had an amazing experience at the from the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive

What really stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Antonio de la Riva  for making my sister bday special. He had staff help him sing happy bday along with a small cake . He is awesome

An amazing stay with incredible service

Really pleasant, top quality hotel in the hotel zone in Cancun.

Unlike most hotels in the area, this isn't all inclusive which means you need to figure out your own dining options. The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants, including a pleasant beach-front option which we enjoyed lunch at a couple of times. The club lounge also serves breakfast and a light dinner from 6-8, along with a good selection of drinks. 

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to one of the "downtown" areas in the hotel zone which has a selection of mediocre restaurants, tat shops and clubs. Definitely nothing to get excited about. The beach and pool area is lovely, when we were there it was quiet there were always plenty of spare loungers and quiet bits of beach.

All the staff we interacted with were great, a special shout out to the club lounge attendants. We had a very pleasant signature suite which had an indoor and outdoor shower, large blacony and in general was comfortable, light and spacious.
