Experience very average! 
But there was a Bar tender IRVING who was amazing great service he literally save the day he way out of his way and make our experience better with the best actitud! When others were just ignoring us! 

We love Cancun !!!

Great spot - staff and service was excellent!  In particular Irving and Oscar did a great job.  Irving went out of his way to help us!  We stayed here for three nights. Use some Hilton points. Was a great choice because the whole resort was great. We especially enjoyed the room and view. We were offered an upgrade to enclave and took it. It was great!

Beautiful Resort

We enjoy coming here! The staff is fun and friendly! Esther at Vela was exceptional! She is an amazing server! She made she is were well taken care of. Our drinks were always full and our plates were cleared. She needs to be recognized for her kind, attentive personality! I hope to see her next year!

Great family fun hotel!

First time in Cancun but I’m so glad we chose this resort! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with 5 star service! We upgraded to the Enclave area and we weren’t disappointed! Definitely recommend. I want to give a special shoutout to Eduardo in the Vela restaurant! He’s the best! He went out of his way to make our experience even better! Ask for him when you’re there! Overall it was a great experience! Great room, amazing view, great kids area, great food and great drinks!

Family of four vacation

The staff is incredible. We loved every waiter, pool staff, cleaning crew, concierge, and all the rest. We were able to visit every restaurant and loved every experience. Our room was amazing. The pools and bars were well kept. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Keep it up and give your staff a raise!
