The best part for me is service, delicious food, Antonio is amazing, fast and good person in the restaurant Maxal. It was a good experiencie, drinks delicious, buffet clean, all the staff are so kind and friendly. The only thing I was a little disappointed about is the color of the beach but overall I will return to this hotel

Had the best time at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe! In the sports desk , jhosset y Sergio were the best coworkers in this hotel, for real !! They were so kind and fun. So happy to have them help me and my partner out! Those guys are handsome, my boyfriend said so! Thanks so much

Mexal restaurant was very good. Mishell was very friendly and attentive.  She made our dinner experience special! Make sure you try the chips and salsa, the guacamole is amazing.  Very comfortable restaurant and food is served very quickly. Desserts are awesome too! Try them all!

I stayed at the hotel for three days. The hotel was nice and everything was great—especially the staff. The front desk agent, Boris, was very accommodating and helpful. Our Journey Ambassador, Dolce Castro, was also incredibly kind and attentive. I loved my stay and will come back in the future.

Great and will come again

Overall, the hotel has very nice amenities, the restaurants for dinner are the best. I feel their mexican restaurant may need a little improvement, the rest are really good. 

They have regular activities, including nightly affairs that are truly amazing and entertaining.

In spite of all the activities and amenities, I find that their service needs improvement. Some of the staff kind of acted like they are entitled and unaccommodating that they do not exert additional service if not within their bounds. Lacks the hospitality that one would expect from an all inclusive resort. 

One server refused to give a mochaccino at the buffet area because the machine that does it is located at the lobby area. I think he just doesn't want to walk there and get it to serve. Yet other servers from other days were able to do without issues at all. 

One server at the lobby bar area I asked for bottled or canned water did not give me one when I asked instead was told to get cup and get water from the dispenser. I said I need 3 to bring for excursion but was told they don't have it. Yet on one of the nights, I saw crates of canned water by the side of the bar stools :(  - there were other issues but I do not want to itemize them here.

I have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this location does not match the customer service I experienced from the others. A bit disappointed, unfortunately.
