We first stayed here in November 2024 until January 2025 . We returned in February 2025and stayed until March 2025 as my husband was working in Yas island. Doubletree by Hilton ye certainly did not let us down. We had the same room on request Room 509. Absolutely Stunning views overlooking the Warner Brothers Water Park. The Apartment is Beautiful, Bright, Spacious and immaculately cleaned by Passang and her colleagues. Ye are All  Amazing, so warm, friendly. 
The reception Team are so very Warm and Welcoming. Excellent customer service and Excellent First Impression on entering Doubletree. 
Last But Not Least Henry, What can We Say. Henry You have such a Wonderful Energy and a Fantastic Smile, Never loose this Please. Your Team are Fantastic. They are Right at the Top of Their Game. They Win on Their Customer Service, Friendliness, Courtesy and Professionalism. Amazing Team and we have made some Beautiful New Friends. Rifki Yasiru Artcyl Divine Supum Rancil and all the Crew Thank You All So Very Much. Hope to see Ye all soon XX

I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was absolutely superb with a great variety and quality. What truly stood out was the excellent service from the staff; they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay!

A  perfect getaway

Went to Abu Dhabi and stayed at the double tree Hilton Yas Island. The hotel was clean and rooms were amazing. Enjoyed every part of my stay from start to end. Breakfast was amazing definitely worth waking up for and the staff members were really friendly especially Shaikha. Shaikha provided phenomenal customer service, she was so friendly and helpful in every way. She made our stay at Hilton so much better. Shaikha checked us in and from the get go right up until we left she was amazing. So helpful and kind in every way. Will definitely stay there again if in Yas Island Abu Dhabi and hope to cross paths with Shaihka again.  Overall hotel was great staff members were great food was great.

Great staff members

Great aparthotel. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and well arranged and supplied, the pool area is excellent with separate areas for kids and adults. In the evenings they screen films by the pool. The hotel is connected to Warner Brothers attraction and in less than 5-7 min one can walk to the AquaWorld park. 
Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Great family hotel

Carlito and the team here Taste & Time Cafe always treat me like one of the family.  They are very friendly, professional and go the extra mile to ensure you are well taken care of.  The delicious coffee and breakfast are on Point.  I highly recommend to any staying in the Abu Dhabi area for business or pleasure.
