General view

Just entities the place.
I do get it is a bit slow this time of the year, but loved the Staff and the quality of the food.
Just was a great experience to have a 121 time with mini-me and myself.
We asked them for advice on the best dish on the menu and got the local chicken dish, which btw is not the most expensive one!… well that was a great suggestion both for me and my little girl.
Much advised!

Strongly suggest this place

On arrival no one to help with our cases so friends struggled carring up stairs being of the older generation. Then no kettles in room ,which I asked them about before booking and was told yes kettles in room . A lie. Friends room next door had a leaking toilet and sink , no one came to look or attempt to fix the 4 days we were there and everytime they shut their door plaster fell off around door. Bare wires in showers for hair driers.
Lovely view and pool ok.

Disapointing.

No one in there to meet us at 3am in the morning. No information on breakfast times or location. Room electric were dangerous. (103) Key fob for the electrics never work electrics kept flashing on and off every 30 seconds with no power. Only way to get powers not put the key in the key fob, all of this was with in the first 20 minutes. A room for two people only one towel. Full drive door falling off balcony door jammed  reported it. Told someone's coming out to repair it never did. Man ended up using WD-40 on the second day to get the balcony door to open just. Bathroom the shower window sill and that's covered in mould toilet seat broken ants coming out from this hand basin. No hanging space hang towels or anything. Bathroom light was non-existent. 
Room cleanliness awful the information said daily room cleaning service we were lucky we got it once every four to five days. And only them because we moaned. Set the rooms for soundproofed joke over you could hear everything from everywhere. 
Hotel swimming pool if you could get a bed there and that's a big gift because of letting other people in and taking money for it so there's no room for us no health and safety Paul's skimmed and cleaned twice no debt warning no safety ring no jumping diving signs anything poor steps on the verge of falling out. Also pool was invaded by many many local kids not staying at the hotel. Breakfast in the morning so so the jams looked second-handers in the being poured for one table jams into another and then reserved again could be wrong but that's the way it looked and then some their combinations they said was not to my taste.

Avoid. Don't got there. Dump/sh#t

Arrived 3am booking a room with landscape. I was shown to a room attached to the office which would have been ideal for gardening equipment. This room overlooked the carpark no seating outside and not even curtains at window. I refused to stay in this pokey horrible room.. I was asked to stay just the evening in it and refused. I was then lead a equally bad room walking thru overgrown pathways and the strench of drains. The room wasn't ready and the guy closed the door.. After a while I was offered a 'upgrade' for £130. I had no choice to accept.. I complained about the cleanliness and was told basically hot weather caused what I will show in the pictures. The gardens are over grown with weeds and not kept well.. The pool area wasn't too bad. I was told by the guy on reception I had to pay £130 that same day or next day with cash only... hmmm i never used the restaurant at all and chose to support a local lovely business. I spent a lot of time with friends and the hotel would have made a lot of money out of us but seems greed takes over.. The room wasn't cleaned once and I had to ask for towels. your asked to use bin provided in bathroom with toilet waste that didn't happen a week with a bin full of s**t?? apart from that I used hotel for bed only.. Please check pictures and decide for yourself guys..

Never Again!!!

Deluxe room booked but not deluxe as arrived to find broken lamp in room, certain lights not working, bathroom was substandard with black mold, dirty shower tray, one very small bin for all rubbish including used toilet paper which we emptied ourselves as automatic house keeping wasn't carried out. The housekeeping staff where very nice and would happily when asked clean and change linen which seemed old and of poor quality. We asked for our room to be cleaned, change of towels etc twice in 10 days. The rooms, reception and the site in general are looking very tired and needs cleaning and updating. The pool area was acceptable, but again looks tired in areas. Breakfast was a typical turkish breakfast served to you and was sufficient. It would have been nice to have another choice of fruit rather than melon every day and be given the choice of boiled egg or omelette and not decided for you, plus the strange addition of french fries one day. The hotel area of the beach is well run by the one member of staff who works there every day. The location of the hotel is good for the beach, local shops and restaurants and a short walk along the seafront into the old town. It does seem that the hotel management are more interested in the restaurant for the public than in their hotel and guests.  We asked for a coffee one evening before retiring to our room  and was told no as only cold drinks are served after dark. If the hotel could be cleaned, general maintenance carried out and updated this would be a great little hotel. A hotel guest we spoke too agreed with our findings.

Disappointed  in hotel

The establishment comprises 30 cosy rooms. Travellers may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. The front desk offers 24-hour reception. Side Beach Club has wheelchair-accessible common areas. Travellers arriving by car may leave their vehicle at the accommodation's parking spaces. The entertainment options available are sure to impress all travellers.
