I'm not sure what planet these complaining people are on, but we are here now!! 15th April 2025 and can honestly say one of  the very best hotels I've been to, and I've  stayed in a lot of 5* star hotels around the world 🌎 
So when they say they don't speak English?? EVERY staff member is so polite and speaks enough English to get by, plus other languages which I admire -  as I cant!!  
The food is by far perfect- to the limit that there is so much choice . I'm not sure what people are looking for if you complain? Is it you want a Tesco meal deal or something? 😆 ...because all you will get is an abundance of quality choices here so go somewhere else if that's what you are hoping for . The food hall, rooms, pool,  beach, all-inclusive package is the best you can get, believe me! As a family of 4,  2 room family room sea view - with an 11yr, 18yr and both of us,  this is the perfect family Holiday with all the amenities on the doorstep as well as the Easter holidays weather which has been pure sunshine for the last 5 days. We don't want it to end and we still have 5 days left. Come back on Easter Sunday 20th😭

Enjoying life right now from the beach at this stunning hotel 
I've stopped in 5 * hotels costing 3 times the price of this, and although were equivalent to this hotel, I'd return here everytime!! So that's saying something. 

It is a beautiful 5* hotel with unlimited all inclusive 😀

Stunning

Absolutely amazing hotel, from the moment I arrived nothing was to much trouble. The staff are attentive but not intrusive and always will to help
Don't be put off by the negative comments about the staff only speaking German, this not the case everyone spoke English.

A real 5* Hotel 

Lovely hotel. The grounds and the hotel were kept spotless from the very busy, attentive staff.  

The food was really nice every day, plentiful, fresh, great quality and always hot with lots of choice.  The beach was stunning and the sea was lovely to swim in. The entertainment was really good.  White Party/Pool Party were great!  The reps spoke in many languages  during the entertainment, but never in English which I found disappointing.  If you spoke to any reps, they were always very friendly and spoke back to you in English, but I guess the entertainment was geared towards the majority of the clientele at the time of our visit.  Perhaps there weren't many English there when we went on the 2nd September.  

Alcohol:   My partner and I are not big drinkers, so after several cocktails, a few beers and a couple of Proseccos, I really should have been legless.  But it didn't touch me.  The drinks tasted really nice, but I am not sure it had much alcohol contents.  Not a problem for me - just a comment. 

There is a lovely beach bar at the hotel, where you can watch the world go by, very relaxing.  We walked down the beach everyday, it would have been nice to stop off at other bars for a drink/rest - but this wasn't an option as all the hotels up and down the beach have their own private area - not open to non residents.  

We jumped on a bus to go to the local market, this was good fun and we came back with some bargains.

TIP:  On our last day we found the sea turtles.  Breakfast time - go out of the hotel at the rear, turn to your right, walk to the bridge and there they are.  OMG I was delighted.

Beautiful Hotel

My family and I went to this hotel for a holiday in August, the first abroad we’d had in 8 years.  

We arrived and had four very nice days. To start on a positive the hotel is vast and well maintained and the entertainment is brilliant (that which we got to see)

It is a lovely hotel on the face of it. 

Then all the illness started. Gastroenteritis both bacterial (severe diarrhoea and cramping) or viral (vomitting) in three of the four of us.  Two of us ended up in hospital for a whole day.

We ate nowhere other than the hotel buffet restaurant, pool bar or beach bar. We swam only in the pool at the hotel. We did not pick up any of these sicknesses from anywhere else.  I believe the beach bar was the food that gave me bad bacteria and the pool that gave the kids sickness. 

There was another person with chronic diarrhoea also taken to the hospital from this hotel in the same transport at the time we were taken so we were not alone in suffering at the hands of this hotel.

A 10 day holiday and 6 of our 10 days ruined - it was a complete disaster. Neither TUI nor the hotel are taking any responsibility in terms of compensation

 What should have been a wonderful family holiday was ruined.  Devastated is an understatement

I will never holiday with TUI again or return to this hotel nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Holiday Ruined by Illness

The hotel was beautiful.The rooms were lovely. The bathroom catered  for a  wheelchair disabled person. The bedroom itself did not. We found the bed too high for a disabled person to get on and off, hence slipping off the bed.
 The hotel manager was brilliant and came up with idea of taking the six legs  off the bed. Which made a big difference 
The rooms were spotless.The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel  staff were friendly enough but we found they catered more for the Germans.They have a lot of German tourists.Most of the hotel staff spoke mainly German
Christmas Eve and New Year Eve were brilliant.The staff put on a Gala night.
Christmas Day was a bit of a letdown as not much going on there until late in the evening.
Overall though it was a good holiday

Enjoyable

This extraordinary hotel has it all: its Chinese style architecture and interior design is simply impressive, on its beautifully landscaped premises it hosts a large pool area with water slides, an amusement park, an amphitheatre and a bowling alley. Various restaurants offer a large variety of delicious food. Last but not least, the hotel is directly situated on a golden sandy beach.
