Pool

We stayed at Merve for a week and had a very good stay, given the costs. Clean place, kinda quiet (depending on which side of the building you get your room), very nice staff. We had an all-inclusive stay, which included four meals and an afternoon snack/day, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sauna and pool. Obs: The pool was not warmed.

The hotel has thematic evenings (karaoke, dance etc), if one is interested. One can rent a car or ATV from the hotel and travel around. The hotel has also a photographer who can be booked for taking nice photos.

The downside of the stay was the food, which was often tasteless and contained low-quality ingredients. The good side though is that there's quite a big variation of dishes, so in the end you can find those dishes that you like. Lots of vegetarian options too.

Nice and clean stay, worth the money. Not so tasty food though

Very bad and rude service, the porter bang the wall with his wrist when he didn’t get a tip and started to talk angrily in his language. They barely speak English and are focused on German tourists only, we couldn’t communicate with a receptionist who was rude and refused to give us a clean towels, all the trips and information are in a German language too. It’s not nice to discriminate other nationalities!
They are money oriented even though we had all inclusive we were still asked to tip everyone and everywhere, even a barman to get a cocktail or a van driver after paying our travel tickets anyway! The only one nice person was a cleaner lady and she deserved for a nice tip, nobody else. We usually wait till the end of our trip to tip who deserves to be tipped and this is a good way as you can see theirs true behaviour. We will never be back there again-even though a beautiful seaside, surrounding and a tasty food, people just made an awful experience for me and my husband. Stay away if you can!

Disappointing

Excellent food, cooked nicewell done 👏 to the chefs & rooms lovely & bright cleaned everyday staff cheerful very similar to 5 star hotel, reception lobby air-conditioning & a beautiful smell on entrance amazing seating area, lady security guard & a member of staff helpt us get a taxi with no hassle friendly & happy, This hotel is brilliant definitely will be staying again two weeks next time welldone who runs this hotel good job 👏 Thankyou.

MERVE SPA hotel lovely no loud music to disturb people's sleep brilliant rooms clean & bright.

Everything was great at the hotel. The manager at the reception, Hasan, will help u with everything and make sure you have the best holiday! All the staff was very very friendly and nice! The animation team , Hasan and Eda is an awesome touch to the hotel’s program so u can spent an amazing evening at the hotel. Every night it’s a different event! The food , drinks, snacks at the restaurant and the beach was great too! I 100% recommend!! Looking forward to book again!

Highly Recommend this hotel!! 
I read quite a few bad reviews, was quite worried due to them all but when we arrived there was not 1 bad thing about any of it! 

To start off the receptionist was lovely! We didn’t get his name but he seemed to have been there every night/early morning he was so so welcoming and respectful!! He took our suitcases to our rooms, made sure we liked the rooms and then left straight after, he never refused to ask if we needed anything and always said hello & asked how are are when walking by the main desk!

Secondly the bartender Orhan was also lovely, he always offered us drinks, it got to the point we didn’t need to say a word and he would still bring us a drink over, he’s so funny and always had a laugh with us, he’s only there on a night time as far as I know. 

Thirdly the food was delicious, quite repetitive but it was enjoyable, there wasn’t much British food either, the desserts were lovely also, the chefs and other staff in the restaurant were also nice, they always served with a smile. The soups were always different and also really really nice!

Lastly the rooms, pool, play park, Entertainment & Shops.

Rooms: They were nice and always cleaned by the cleaners who were also really sweet, they left lovely little gestures on the bed with towels. The AC worked perfectly! The shower was one of the best I’ve had when abroad & the rest of the room was great! We had water in our fridge on arrival and enough space for our suitcases & clothes. It also has a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar & the balcony has a little place where you can hang any of your wet laundry.

Pool: The pool was lovely! Not one bit of dirt around or in it, the indoor pool is only open during winter though which is understandable. The kids loved the slides and even myself and a couple other adults enjoyed them, they were switched on and off at certain times before and after food.

Play Park: The kids loved the play park, there was nothing wrong with it, it was perfect for the little ones, it has 2 swings, 2 slides, 1 big sea saw and 2 separate ones which again the kids loved. 

Entertainment: The Entertainment was great especially for the kids, the guy who runs the entertainment was okay he was a little bit rude but he was great when it came to the kids entertainment.

Shops: The shops below and around the hotel were good, they didn’t shout at you much or bother you, they had some good things in them and not far of a walk either. A little bit further down the street is a supermarket which is great prices especially if you’re wanting to take some things back with you to your room.

Best Holiday Ever!

This hotel is located in Kumkoy, 400 m from the long sandy beach, approximately 4 km from the historical centre of Side. This hotel enjoys easy access to all that the lively city has to offer. Also within easy reach are Agora Museum, Theatre and the Field of Ruins. This hotel is an ideal spot from which to explore Side. Public transport links are close by and it is 65 km to Antalya Airport.
