Pool

We had the most amazing time thanks to the wonderful staff. Great place for the kids. Right next to the beach. Rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We were given a tour of an amazing room full of antiques. If you visit ask the manager for a tour of the antiques collection. You will take a journey to the past.

Amazing experience

If i could give 0 stars, i would. The absolute worst hotel i have ever been to. The receptionist are the most rude people you will ever meet. They don’t answer went spoken to, and gives disgusting looks whereever you go. The rooms are dirty and filthy, and the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. We we’re promised a very nice bathroom, but received a very outdated and broken bathroom. The beds in the room were very womky. They were filled with hairs and human fluids on the bedsheet. In the bathroom there was mold in all the corners. The food in the hotel was absolutely disgusting and undercooked. The food section was very limited and the cakes they’d was so watery and had no taste at all. The employees came to our room and begged for money. We’re booked through Corendon and we immediately requested a new hotel and within 24 hours, we’re relocated to Kahya Hotel which has so far been wonderful. Stay away from this hotel, and book anywhere else for your own sake.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Sadly the worst vacation of my life. I have been to Turkey for 5 times by now and I've always loved it. I always come with an open mind and I love to try out the local food in the hotel as well. This year as we only ate in the hotel. By the 3rd day we got terribly sick. I ended up in the local hospital for 2 days with gastroenteritis. I talked to the "hotel manager" about it (I just wanted to let him know, we didn't ask for refund or anything) and he just tried to deny everything. He kept blaming the hospitals for saying fake news about the hotel for the insurance. Other guests from the hotel were sick too.

As for the rest:
- if you are not in your room when the cleaning staff comes and you don't ask for it, they won't come to clean
- our friends had diarrhea too and they didn't get toilet paper after the "daily" room cleaning. He went for the reception to ask for toilet paper and the receptionist charged 12 euros for 4 rolls of it.
- the food isn't fresh or cooked enough, many times, be careful with what you choose
- the pool is not cleaned at all, better to avoid it.

I would like to point it out that we are not that picky and critical about our hotels in general. Since I tried to talk with the manager about the problem the recepitonist doesn't even look at us when we enter. Besides that the staff barely talks english, not even at the reception. 
There was one worker at the pool bar, he was the only one who was nice to the guests.

We thought that this hotel will be good this year because of it's fairly cheap price but this whole infection thing took 4 days off of our 7 day vacation. It was a very sad experience for us and for our friends as well.
Alanya is beautiful and you should definitely visit, but please CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

A sad experience for cheap price

Rested from August 10 to August 15.
A normal hotel in its price category. Pleasant colorful interior of the hall.The food is decent, on a solid '4' (out of 5).
I was pleased with the variety of fruits offered.
Internet, spa in the hotel, sun beds on the beach - for an additional fee.

I ask you to respond, if desired, a gray-haired man of about 60 years old. We met for the first time on August 15 in the morning on the beach, thanks to the story with the beach umbrella.
The last time we saw each other was on August 15. in the evening around 20 o'clock at the hotel pool at the tables immediately after the artists' performance. I hoped to catch and talk in a short time in the same place, but we missed each other.
I will be glad to continue communicating with a man who has recognized himself.

It’s ok

Just renovated (2021/2022) city hotel. Rooms with pool view are best.
Clean rooms and new furniture, small territory with pool.
Quiet area, 100 m to Kleopatra beach and promenade.
Meals OK for 3 star hotel, WI-FI is priced.

Good

This hotel is located directly opposite Cleopatra Beach, in the centre of Alanya. Shopping establishments, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues are within a short walking distance. Public transportation is just 20 meters from the hotel. Local attractions include Alanya Castle, Alanya Dockyard and Arsenal, the Red Tower, Alanya Archaeological Museum and Damlatas Cave.
