During our holiday in Turkey, my wife and I had the incredible pleasure of experiencing a massage at Grand Kaptan Hotel Massage, and it was nothing short of transformative.

I was treated by KADEK, and my wife by ERA—both of them absolute professionals in every sense. Their technique, presence, and attention to detail made us feel completely relaxed, renewed, and deeply cared for. You can tell they love what they do, and it truly shows in their hands and hearts.

The environment was serene, clean, and calming—the perfect setting for a true escape from the hustle of daily life. It wasn’t just a massage; it was a full mind-body reset.

Great massage, amazing staff, hotel was amazing and great location for adults and children and the rooftop bar was a lovely touch. Also the gym was very good. The food was lovely and a great variety and also an al la carte restaurant we can use one evening

My stay at the Grand Kaptan Hotel was truly amazing! From the very beginning we felt extremely welcome and well taken care of. The staff were not only incredibly friendly and professional, but also made sure we felt comfortable at all times.

The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained – it was very clean everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

The food was always fresh, delicious, and offered in great variety – every meal was a pleasure!

What meant a lot to me was how safe I felt throughout the entire stay. Traveling as a group of women, feeling secure and relaxed is so important – and Grand Kaptan delivered that perfectly.

I’m also very grateful for the beautiful surprise they organized for Mother’s Day. It was thoughtful, heartwarming, and truly made the day special.

I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Kaptan Hotel to any woman looking for a safe, relaxing, clean, and unforgettable holiday in Turkey. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Grand Kaptan Hotel!

We stayed at Grand Kaptan hotel for the second time. Things were absolutely wonderful as before . We booked an adapted room for a wheelchair user and requested the same room as before which we got. Thank you. The room was great and very clean, all staff were very helpful from Ozlem on guest relations, all the bell boys, reception, Cigdem, Ufuk to name a few. The only real problem was the  hotel mini bus which we were told was wheelchair accessible but was not and had 3 steps to get in. Ufuk was really trying to accommodate us but was unable to so we caught the local bus as we did last time. The busses come regularly and are less than £1 per person each way. There is a hoist to help less able people use the pool and a beach wheelchair to go in the sea. Everywhere was totally wheelchair accessible which in itself was great. The hotel has easy access to shops and trips and is in a great location. All in all fantastic and look forward to our return.

Great experience

Fabulous holiday had by family of eight. Lovely welcome at reception on arrival with a cooling drink and cases taken to our rooms immediately. Bedrooms are immaculate, beds extremely comfortable. and there is a benefit of free mini bar replenished every day (local beer, soft drinks & water only). Restaurant staff always lovely bringing drinks to your table, Food was always good and varied.  Vitamin bar staff wonderful, very attentive to your every need, particularly the lady with the tiger tattoo. 
Beach bar staff very friendly with a good sense of humour,  we had a great laugh with them and the setting was lovely on the beach. The Moon Bar was a fabulous setting, with views across the water for miles, for a quiet evening drink and a game of cards.
The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the slide, only downside the pool water was freezing (my opinion).
Daily free minibus to the town centre was a real bonus for shopping.
Husband & Son had marvellous tattoos done by OsLove ink.

Very good all round holiday.

Special mention to Ozlem, guest relations lady who was very friendly and always had time for a quick chat, even spending over 30 mins searching CCTV for a lost walking stick.  Love from Leo & family
