Pool

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it happened to be gay pride also. The hotel was very inclusive and accepting (which you would expect in the area).

We only booked breakfast and this was of an exceptional standard. We did pay to eat twice at the buffet but there are so many options in the local area that half board did not seem worth it to us. 

The room was a great size with everything we needed. We were on the 4th floor and the view was stunningly beautiful. The cleaning team do a great job and the effort they put in each day really stood out! 

The pool is good and there is always sun beds. 

We would stay here again & it clearly is one of the best hotels in playa del ingles.

Excellent trip for 14 nights

Beautiful stylish hotel. Hypnotic view on the sand dunes and beach from the 5th floor from the cosy balcony. Friendly staff. The buffet at breakfast and dinner is offering an incredible wide variety of choices including traditional food. The hotel is fitted in an intelligent way into the surrounding topology, the pool area is relatively low compared to the surroundings which is protecting from wind. The pool is nice, it was never too full.

Stylish hotel with very good service

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have stumbled across this beautiful hotel.  Everything was perfect and we will definitely return.  The surrounding area of the town was not particularly great but if, like us, you are happy to stay by the pool or travel a little further afield, you wont be disappointed.  The rooms were large and well presented.  The food was very good indeed, plenty of choice and good quality.  Our only little gripe was minimal outside seating areas (ie pool bar and in the evening) but I am guessing in high season the doors and opened up to the seats inside and there is seating at a higher level which apparently is used for the entertainment in high seaon.   It seems to me that Jet 2 ask for reviews by using the media of Trip Advisor.  I dont know why - it would probably be better to put customers reviews on their own website rather than doing it this way. 

Little Gem

Third visit to this hotel and already booked for next year. The hotel was fully booked but still managed to fell relaxed and chilled. Our ground floor room had easy access to the pool and direct access to the beach. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of choice rounded off with cava. All staff were friendly and professional, looking forward to next year’s visit

Winter sunshine at top hotel

Great hotel, very quite, friendly staff. Cleaning can be a bit better because there where many hairs on the floor.

Lovely pool with more then enough sunbeds. 
Breakfast wow what a lovely beginning off the day. Even a sparkling wine is presented.

We will come back!
