Very spacious rooms with a very big terrace/balcony equipped with comfortable sunbeds , chairs and table . Apartments are well equipped for self catering.Staff are courteous and professional. Location is only a short walk from main town/marina and beach . We could not be happier with our choice and would recommend the Cordial Valle apartments to all . 10 out of 10 👏

Above expectations

My husband and I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. Sadly, our experience there was not good.
I ordered salmon, which I was advised was “Catch of the Day”. This is priced at €4.50 per 100g. 
When the meals were finally delivered, I drew the waiter’s attention to the fact that I had ordered salmon, however I was served with what looked like a very meagre portion of sea bream. I was rather curtly told that what had been served was in fact “Catch of the Day” and that he had never offered salmon!
Rather than make a fuss, I accepted what had been delivered.
The fish was dry, overcooked, bony and definitely not fresh. It was accompanied by “mixed vegetables” in the form of a grey mass of overcooked courgette and “Roast Potato” which came as a baked potato, undercooked in foil. I could not eat most of it.
When I queried the 25 euro charge for my fish on the basis that all aspects of the meal were far from satisfactory the proprietor/waiter was rude and argumentative. He insinuated that I had misunderstood the menu. He suggested we should eat in McDonalds in future and he would call the police if we didn’t just pay the full bill. Dreadful customer service.
This behaviour was particularly upsetting as we had many excellent meals in other restaurants in Mogan.

Never again! I would give Ahul a ZERO rating

My wife and I enjoyed our recent  9-day stay at Cordial Valle Apartments.

This is a large, well-maintained complex with very good facilities including three fine swimming pools and a children’s play area. 
The apartments and  particularly the balconies are very spacious with plenty of room for a table with seating for four and two sun loungers. They also have adjustable awnings and are covered with soft artificial grass which is very nice underfoot.
We availed of the carvery dinner on two nights and were very impressed with all aspects.
Staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed advice or assistance.
On arrival, we received a very warm welcome at reception and were well looked after by Christian.
This is a fine complex which is well situated with easy access to an adjacent mall (limited shopping, but good restaurants). A Hyperdino is close by. 
It is a fifteen-minute walk to Mogan town and lovely beach.
 
I would not hesitate to recommend a stay there.

Very pleasant stay at Apartmentos Cordial organ Valle

The hotel was clean and inviting, the food was fantastic (very tasty) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We are coming back next year for longer.
Me and my wife came with our 3 boys, and had a whale of a time - there is plenty to do no chance of getting bored.

We were suitably satisfied from our arrival through to our departure.  We were greeted by a complimentary drink whilst checking in.  We had booked a plus room and we were not disappointed we had a massive balcony with sunbeds, shower, comfy chair and patio set. We overlooked the splash area on floor 5. We got the sun mid morning until late evening and you also have a canopy that you can lower if you do want to make some shade.

The one bed apartment was well kitted out and covered all of our needs. The bathroom looks like it had been modernised recently and the shower was amazing. The cleaner comes in all but 2 days and was very thorough, the whole complex is spotless and there seems to be staff scurrying around everywhere cleaning and touching up paintwork etc.

There are 3 pools all spotless, a family pool with a pool bar, a quiet pool where it is really quiet (although see below note) although you feel that you need to whisper, this was fine as there was just myself and my husband, when we visited this pool there were no children in there.   There is another pool which we did see but didn’t use this seemed pretty quiet although we have visited out of season.  

There did seem to be a bit of work going on near the quiet pool they were chopping up the concrete floor and it was really loud. It did put us off using the quiet pool and I really felt sorry for the people who’s apartments were directly surrounding this and the reception area.  We were lucky as the complex is so large we could only hear it really faintly from our room so didn’t bother us and we used the family pool rather than the quiet one.

We went self catering which is the first time in 20 years (now we have no children travelling with us).  We did have one breakfast in the restaurant, and it was all perfectly good if not a little busy.  We took the opportunity to purchase our breakfast cereal, croissants etc from the supermarket and enjoy sitting on our balcony enjoying the leisurely peace and quiet. We ate out in the evenings and the local restaurants are really good we had one evening in Puerto Rico and found that slightly less expensive but to be fair you are paying for the Mogan luxury, the town is lovely and the settings of the restaurants are lovely.  The jazz band were on in the square when we were there and that was an amazing event it was so enjoyable until it got narrowed down due to it over running the square, sadly as it was mostly mature lovely people just having a dance in a very cultured way.  We did take up the offer of our first evening meal in the restaurant and again it was all vey nice but we enjoyed the experience of the Mogan restaurants more.  If you had children with you I think you would find it more economical to use the restaurant. 
We booked through on the beach and due to reading quite a few bad reviews decided not to book a transfer, we caught a taxi on the way 70 euro and the service bus back which took an hour at 13 euros for the two of us.  So glad we did this as speaking to people and reading reviews the shuttle buses can take a couple of hours as Mogan is the last drop off.  The private transfers seem to be very expensive when you compare them to just jumping in a taxi.  We were at the apartments in about 40 minutes. We opted not to risk the service bus going as we read that it can be quite hectic and it only runs every hour.  Coming home we checked it out and as we were the first pick up in Mogan it was really quiet, it was full by the time we reached the final pick up. 

I would most certainly recommend these apartments but glad we had the plus apartments as overall the entire experience was great.
