Very bad experience. The hotel is very old. The children’s playground is absolutely unacceptable. My friend’s daughter broke her arm because the swing broke — no support or assistance from the management. There’s nothing in the surrounding area, so you definitely need your own car. The wifi is very poor. The room may be in the basement. The only beauty is the nearby sea and the beautiful sea view.
I do not recommend it.

Bad experience

We stayed for the wonderful 8 nights in SBH Club Paraiso Playa Hotel. Hotel is well looked after, we even mentioned to reception how the hotel is well  maintained, every part of the building and territory so neatly kept.
Our rooms was immaculate and fresh with amazing ocean view. Restaurant has wide choice of food and drinks. There was only one "problem", all food so tasty, we could not resist eating to much ! Long walk on the sandy beach and steps to the beach helps to burn calories. 
In the evening we had entertainment, different and interesting every day. Billy in animation team is super star !
Also after breakfast we went on local bus (bus stop just outside hotel) to Mercadona, done nice shopping to take home. Ticket cost 0,80 - 1,50 euro. 
Location of the hotel also nice. Breathtaking view on the ocean from every part of the hotel. We had transfer from airport to hotel and while seating on the bus enjoyed view of the Fuerteventura island nearly all.
We booked flight, hotel and transfer through Loveholidays and company never let us down, we fully satisfied.

Wonderful experience. Definitely coming back again.

Me and my friend went on holiday to the above hotel, originally was booked for 5 nights but we were concern if we will make it out alive after just one night that ended up being our worst nightmare and giving us a trauma for life….
How did we end up in this situation? 
So as we arrived to the hotel for the first time it was very dark outside so we couldn’t see it in all beauty but as soon as we walk in to our room, there it was: the front door lock was barely holding a door closed, everything looks so old and rundown, bed looks super concerning of its cleanliness, towels wasn’t fresh, some mouldy spots in the bathroom and weird noises at night.
Well after 22 hours of travelling we just got on that bed and honestly hoped that in the morning it will be better. 
Of course, to our disappointment in the morning we went around the hotel and here we are, the hotel looks like old rundown building, paint coming off in some places, everything looks very dirty, rusty and scarry. Most lifts don’t work and to be honest it was very easy to get lost as not a lot of signs were to go. 
Also, to our attention came that some blocks of the hotel look so forgotten even kids playroom located in the territory of the hotel covered in spider web and dust. It was also noticeable that territory of the hotel was not secure at all as walking around you can see in some places the fence was broken as well as there are no cameras around and even not in the corridors where all the rooms are. 
So as the day gone by, we went to have dinner at around 7pm after diner we came back to the room to plan our next day while lying on bed we heard very aggressive knock at the door, I came closer to the door and asked, “Who is it?” then “How can I help?” yet there was no reply at this point I had a feeling not to open a door and I was so glad I  didn’t. I came back to bed thinking someone is playing but not knowing that our lives were already in danger. In less than 5 minutes I turned my head to the balcony, and I saw men shade dressed in black and with head and face coved, but eyes are seen. He jumped to our balcony from the side room balcony and was on his way to open the door but I soon as I made my fiend aware that somebody is here luckily, we screamed our lungs out and that managed to scare him away, he jumped out to the side balcony, at that point we just had to hope that he was gone… 
We panicked and in seconds took our expensive belongings like documents and money. We ran to the reception looking out for every corner in endless corridors that barely have any lighting, when we came to the reception with our shaken hands and voices, we started explaining what happened to the receptionist but in the respond we receive: “I don’t know what to say.” “This never happened before.” “It’s very safe here”. Then she asked, “Are you sure you saw him” Did you take some pictures”. Then she started checking who lives next to our room and the was only one couple that been on diner at that moment because we saw them going as we got back. So, the reception respond made as feel so stupid she thought we are joking, and her simple reply was that we just need to lock out balcony. Not long thinking we quickly ran to the room and packed our bags then came back the reception. At that point we knew that nobody would help us or pay attention to our concern, so I booked a first flight back to home in the morning and as I came to the reception, I asked her about the taxi to the airport and by the way, the airport closes at 9pm and opens at 5am. So, taking to the reception I asked if they are going to report this incident to the police, but she replied: “We don’t know what happened. Maybe it was some guest that lost his keys, and he was looking for his room, maybe he was drunk. It’s safe here.” 
At that moment we knew we are completely alone in this, and we agreed that we will stay in the reception overnight. That was from 9pm to 4am we sat on the sofa on our own. 
Of course we started a process of getting our money back and while contacting LoveHolidays they asked us to speak to the hotel for a confirmation letter of how many nights we did not stay in there, in respond we receive very rude answer that only manager can provide this information and the manager was gone home and there were no contacts of him. When we asked when the manager coming in the morning the receptionist said she doesn’t know. 
As the night gone by, we were sitting on the sofa in the reception and to our surprise all the doors as well as the front door was wide open, and the receptionist woman was not always there she mostly was behind the wall of the reception. 
Scared for our lives we sat there until 4am looking out for every noise and hoping that the morning will be here soon to go to the airport and never come back. 
In the end, we are now trying our best to get at least some refund for the holiday but unfortunately as the hotel kept hanging up on us and the LoveHolidays was not very helpful as they advised us every time to contact the insurance or the hotel or somebody else… In my opinion the agency needed to sort it all out with a refund as we booked a holiday through them. 
I hope this story help you to be aware of this hotel and I hope nobody would ever have to go through this but if you do just, please call the police yourself immediately. That is only our one regret that even when hotel refused to call them, we should have called the police ourselves.

Life Threatening!!!

Father and Sons first Holiday

I took my 11 year old son to here for his first holiday last year in may. It was a nice good clean place the food was good nice different stuff for him to try the two pools were great with the pool bar and snacks were good too. Close to the beach literally 2 mins walk. I like this place as I felt safe the rooms were nice cleaned every day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We went early may the weather was great too. £11 to get a cab in to town and about 40 mins coach ride from the airport. 100% WE WILL GO BACK

THE HOTEL HAS A WONDERFUL SEA VIEW.  THE ROOM IS NICE AND BIG. BUT IS NOTHING NEAR THE HOTEL.
YOU CANNOT WALK TO SHOPS OR SUPERMAKET. TO GO TO THE NEXT VILLAGE JANDIA0 IS 10 MIN BY TAXI
FEW THINGS THAT MADE OUR STAY UNPLEASANT
1) OUR ROOM WAS VERY NOISY. AFTER THE LAST BAR CLOSED EVERYONE WAS COMMING TO THE SMOKING AREA THAT WAS UNDER OUR BALCONY, BRINGING THEIR OWN DRINKS AND TALKING, LAUGH SCREAMING VERY LOUD TILL 3 AM.

2) WE ARE NOT SMOKERS AND WE HAD SMOKERS IN THE BALCONY NEXT TO US. VERY ANNOYING

3) AND ON THE TOP OF THAT, WAS ONE COUPLE ARGUING ALL THE TIME IN A ROONM NEAR US. WE COULD HEAR SCREAMS, SHOUTS

4) I WENT TO RECEPTION TO COMPLAIN AND ASKED THE MANAGER TO CHANGE ROOM, BUT SHE DIDN'T HELP US

5) I WOULDN'T  COME BACK
