Pool

We ended up at this hotel due to the one we had booked being full and they moved us here.

On arrival, we went food. As someone with no dietary requirements, the lunch and evening meals were very nice, so no complaints. However, my wife has dietary requirements. The staff tried their best to cater for her, so I have to give them credit where it’s due, however it was very limited, but I think this was likely down to them not wanting to take risks.

We had booked an adults only hotel, where as this was a family hotel. Although it was November, there wasn’t many children there so it was an issue. That said, if I knew my wife could actually eat a meal there, I wouldn’t hesitate on bringing our children here for a holiday.

The staff were very helpful, and extremely friendly. Unlike some all inclusive hotels, you could tell there was decent alcohol in the cocktails. If you know, you know!

The room was clean, tidy and a brilliant view from the balcony.

Although we didn’t spend much time around the pool or terrace, whenever we did, the surrounding buildings didn’t block out any of the sun which was also pleasant.

All in, I think 4 stars could be a bit harsh, but if you do have dietary requirements, probably best to check things out first.

Change of hotel

I would say this is three star at best. The food was nice and always hot and plenty of choice.  The bathroom absolutely stunk of sewerage, our sofa was broken, the table was broken, our mugs had huge chips in them and there was one dirty slipper left under the bed from a previous visitor, which tells me they do not sweep under them. There's no area to do your hair and makeup or keep your makeup and toiletries I left most of  it on the balcony.  The evening entertainment was awful and the bar area was boiling with no door or windows open and no Air con. The outside top terrace was a mess, the tables and chairs were just all over the place and drinks and empties left on them from
The day time. The seating in the bar areas is either cheap pvc which you stuck too or garden furniture, not really conducive to a comfortable, chilled evening. The staff however were very nice and helpful. I wouldn't go back, it was not value for money, I have had way nicer hotels for less money. Whilst this is just my personal opinion, and clearly by many of the reviews here, most do not agree with me, I have been totally honest.

Average

Outstanding hotel. Food was impeccable. Rooms were clean and spacious ( had a junior suite pool view ). Plenty of beds around the pool. Good evening entertainment. Bar staff did not restrain from putting plenty of spirits in the wide range of drinks. 
Must give a big shout out to Ainhoa the fantastic entertainments lady, so full of fun and energy. Sandos fell on their feet when they employed her. 
If you don’t want to play volleyball don’t use a sunbed close to the pool. They have a habit of tipping up lol. 
All the staff were extremely friendly and hard working. Yes I would deffo go back there. 
My only regret that for this 77 yr old it was a bit too far a walk from the Benidorm nightlife so had to pay for taxis.

Excellent hotel

Not a 4* hotel but a good 3*.

ROOM

The room and bathroom were clean. We were three people though and the pull out bed was awful, the mattress was the same thickness as mattress topper at home! Very uncomfortable, had a metal edge to keep the mattress in, caught myself in more than once, also lots of nooks and crannies, would be aware of children by it.

The separate bedroom did not have mirror or anywhere for the girls to put toiletries, make up etc. No TV in this room.

We had a kitchenette which we had not asked for, made the room smaller, so would have preferred not to have. No tea/ coffee etc supplied, had to get from the bar. Not sure about the water in the fridge, tasted off so did not drink.

The balcony space was lovely and big with good airer and 4 chairs and a table.

Please note we arrived lunchtime on our first day and there were no pool towels left!!!!  We had to wait for breakfast the next morning to collect.

FOOD

The food is very good, always something to eat that we liked, one very fussy eater. Waiting staff very quick to take plates though!

Some of the plates and cutlery could have been cleaner.

BAR

Drinks were self service in restaurant.

This is the one area that really lets this hotel down.

All drinks are served in plastic glasses, no problem with this by the pool but I expect glass in the evenings! Even worse, I ordered a coffee … this was served in a plastic glasses, unbelievable!!

No waiter service in the evenings when the entertainment was on, this caused long queues at the bar at peak periods. However, the bar staff were lovely.

POOL AREA

Clean, always sun beds available. 

ENTERTAINMENT 

This varied, usual flamenco, singers etc. the duo on the Friday night and the female singer on the Sunday were very good. We really enjoyed the quiz and bingo!

CLEANLINESS

The hotel and the resort are spotless.

SUMMARY

Overall, we were only at the hotel for 4 nights, it was adequate but could be a 4* with some simple improvements.

Not 4* but good 3*, honest review

What can I say apart from I loved the hotel, also the staff who worked so hard. The food was hit and miss but it was edible. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much for them. The destination was close enough to the beach too walk. The rooms are very good and really had comfy beds. I will definately be coming back here as it has everything I need from a holiday. Thanks also for the help you all gave me when I fainted at the bar, you really went above and beyond. Anthony 2103 xx

Great holiday
