The hotel is terrible  like before  bankruptcy food very bad. They even charge.you when you leave and in few months  they tell you you damage  wall. They not charge  you 20 pound but like 90 without  any update  no email nothing  they think people  will not do nothing

We (4 ladies) enjoyed our stay. After reading some of the reviews we were worried about staying at the hotel. Check in was quite quick and the gentleman checking us in was very helpful and patient whilst we got the safe and pool towels sorted. Also check out the lady was very helpful and we booked the courtesy room as the hotel had a dance festival at the weekend so it was too busy yo keep our room on.We was in the smaller block on floor 16 we gad 2 rooms next to each other which we emailed and requested before we arrived. Great views. Yes the room is a bit dated but as said in previous reviews they are working their way through renovating the rooms. Clean towels every day. We were full board and really enjoyed the food always found something to eat. Yes buffet food is a bit repetitive but not worthy of some of the reviews. Sometimes bit difficult to get a drink in the restaurant. Pool area great although it could do with washing down as people spill drinks and Sometimes bit sticky.
Will definitely stay again if we come back to Benidorm 

Girls trip

Why are you advertising 2 restaurants as being open but only opening 1 every night?! Huge queues for food and the restaurant doesn’t even open on time…. Crazy and to top it off, you have to pay for drinks in the restaurant, no one told us this until we got the bill for the drinks! Make this clear please!!

Disappointing Stay – Please Read Before Booking

I’m not quite sure where to begin, but I strongly urge potential guests to read this review in full it may save you the same disappointment we experienced.

When we first arrived, we were genuinely excited. The hotel brochure looked beautiful, the building’s exterior was impressive, and check-in was smooth—quick, efficient, and friendly. The location seemed ideal: just a five-minute walk to the beach, with a few great bars serving delicious cocktails and food. It’s also just 20–25 minutes from the main Benidorm strips, with a convenient No. 2 bus that costs under €2. Sadly, this is where the positives end.

We were assigned Room 2609, which was dark, outdated, and uninspiring. The balcony felt more like a cave than a place to relax closed in by heavy stone walls that made the space feel suffocating. After the first night, I noticed a few insect bites and assumed they were from mosquitoes. But as the days went on and the bites multiplied despite not seeing a single mosquito I became concerned. On the fourth night, I woke up and discovered bed bugs in the bed. It was shocking and deeply upsetting.

We immediately reported this to reception, showing them photos of the bites and the bugs. They moved us to Room 2007, which was slightly more modern and had better lighting, but unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked. The room was oppressively hot, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

What made the situation worse was the lack of genuine concern from the hotel staff. There was no apology when we first reported the bed bugs only a vague promise that a manager would contact us. That never happened. I had to return to reception the next day to request a meeting myself. I eventually spoke to the manager, Melissa, who was kind and apologetic, but insisted the room had been cleaned and no bugs were found. I explained that bed bugs hide in mattresses and only come out at night, drawn to body heat. I even showed her video evidence, which she couldn’t deny. She assured me the room had been cleaned, but I doubt any proper fumigation took place. As a small gesture, she promised a picnic would be prepared for our early departure the next morning—but that, too, never materialised. When we left, there was no one even at reception.

Breakfast: 2/5. The hot options were bland and uninspiring, though the croissants and continental selections were passable. We had bed and breakfast included but only ate there twice—it simply wasn’t worth it. We ended up paying extra to eat out instead. If you do stay here, I would recommend booking room only.

Noise: Several nights, loud music blasted until around 4 a.m. with no prior notice. The only quiet night was the one before we left. On top of that, the walls are incredibly thin you can hear conversations from rooms above and below, which kept us awake into the early hours.

Lifts: There are seven lifts, but they’re painfully slow. By the time one finally arrives, there are queues of guests pushing to cram into it, making it a frustrating experience just to get to or from your room.

That said, this part of Benidorm itself is beautiful the beach is lovely, and the nearby restaurants are well worth a visit. But I have to be honest: this hotel was a complete letdown. The photos were stunning, the reviews looked promising—but our experience was worlds apart. It makes me wonder who’s really writing all those positive reviews.

I saved for an entire year to come here. It’s not easy to afford a holiday these days, and this was meant to be a break, a moment to recharge and enjoy time away. Instead, I came home feeling let down, stressed, and heartbroken. I don’t know when I’ll be able to go away again, and that’s what hurts the most—this trip was meant to be special. And it wasn’t

Great location but ruined by bed bugs, poor service, loud nights & broken promises. A heartbreaking, disappointing stay.

The queue for the check-ins, after a long journey to get there, was awful. Queued for an hour. Ridiculous! Not enough staff for busy times. We saw this repeatedly over our stay with other guests. 

Apart from that, we loved our time there. The room was dressed very 70s, but was a decent size, clean, and the view - wow! Photo attached.. it was breathtaking!! We were on the 29th floor of tower 2 and the view was worthy of the cost. The food was samey but edible. We are both vegetarian so more plant-based options would of been good but we always had something to eat. Pasta, chips and some veggie lasanges. Breakfasts were better but we found out getting there about 8am gave u a better option and the food was freshly cooked.

No queues for sunbeds or seating inside or out. Very well equipped for when the hotel got busy. 

All in all, a great stay for us, but we took it at face value and just went with the flow.

A great holiday at Bali

It is the most emblematic of Benidorm and the tallest hotel in Europe. With stunning architecture, restaurants and pool area including a large lagoon pool ,also a children's pool.
