We were dropped off with our luggage at a bus stop and had to find the hotel ourselves as the coaches are not allowed up the pavements of the hotels there.We eventually found it after asking random people for directions.What was meant to be a 6 minute walk turned out to be 15-20 minutes as we were looking for it.When we eventually arrived,we were welcomed and was told our room number with a card that had to be swiped in the lift to get to the room.We found that the room had 1 double bed for 3 of us which wasn't appropriate and wasn't the terrace we had booked,but was told we had to make do just for the night until someone checked out the next day.This was quickly rectified the next day and we were very happy with our room with 2 beds that we had originally booked.We stayed in 401 which had a very big terrace with a sea view.
The air conditioning hardly worked,we could have blew cold air better.And the thing we mostly regret is staying half board as the menu is exactly the same day after day and they wasn't the nicest of meals.Although breakfast was very nice.We ended up eating dinner out the last two evenings.Apart from this,the beds were very comfortable,the wardrobes have lots of space and hangers,there are complimentary products if needed and the  staff were very lovely.As it was my partners birthday and I mentioned this to reception,they sent a bottle of cava and a beautiful bowl of fruit to room which was so lovely! Special mention and a big thankyou to Marcello who works in the restaurant.He is such a gentleman,always happy and welcoming and really makes the restaurant atmosphere a lovely place to be.Also a big thankyou to Carlos,Marcus and Christian on reception for being lovely gentlemen,very polite,always smiling and helping us with anything we needed.Thankyou very much for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay

We stayed for 3 nights in the sea view room with balcony. The view was amazing over the Benidorm strip at both day and night. The room was spotless and shower gel and shampoo was also supplied along with a hair dryer. There was plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and a safety deposit box was available in the ward robe but we didn't ask for a key. Our room was 403
The breakfast was included in the price and it was possibly the best breakfast we have ever had while on holiday.
The location is perfect for exploring the old town and also the sea front

Seaview room with balcony stay

We stayed at RH Canfali Gastrohotel for 5 nights as part of our wedding trip. We were made feel extremely welcome from the time we arrived by Miguel on reception. Our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our belongings and head to the beach. When we came back Lorena had covered the bed in (material) rose petals, there was a bottle of cava and a fruit bowl!
We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony looking over the sea. Magnificent.
The bed was huge and really comfortable and the bathroom and shower spotless with a lovely rain-shower.
Coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch.
Breakfast every morning was on a balcony over the sea and the food was fantastic. There were plenty of options from fruit with yoghurt and granola, Mediterranean style or English style breakfast. The staff were lovely in the restaurant and there was no pressure if you wanted to linger over coffee.
Lorena and her staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely and great fun. The staff on reception were very helpful with information on the area, parking, restaurants etc.

5 nights in Benidorm

Excellent stay from start to finish. Great food, nice clean rooms, decent linen & staff couldn't have been more helpful (Marcos in particular). 
Good position for exploring the old Town and easy access to all 3  beaches.  

Highly recommended.

Excellent Gastrohotel RH Canafali

Stayed for a week at this hotel with my partner as it was her birthday. This hotel is the best that we have stayed in, in Benidorm. This is because the location is perfect. The staff our helpful,professional,happy and well trained. They make you feel welcome. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard..the cleaners are lovely and hard working. The breakfast is really nice and tasty..good portions and you can eat indoor or outside. We never tried dinner.
This hotel has a great feel to it...we will certainly return.
