This hotel doesn’t deserve the bad reviews! 

Pros:
Staff are super friendly and helpful 
Very calm quiet hotel 
Food is good and varied, clearly made fresh 
Shuttle bus to the beach 
Ubers are cheap and easy to order
Comfy bed! 
Private access to garden 

Cons:
Shuttle bus to be a bit more regular would be good 
Not suitable for children as pool is cold and nothing within walking distance. Diner also isn’t till 7pm so didn’t suit us with a toddler. 
Won’t cater to any allergies 

We visited with family including a toddler we spent most of our time at the beach away from hotel which we used shuttle for then uber back.

Honestly if you want a calm quiet hotel this is worth and the value is good!

Lovely calm hotel, don’t read the bad reviews

Would never stop in this hotel even if you paid me window had a gap in it letting wind in causing room to be cold, door let in the rain, food luke warm at best  free breakfast with drinks but no drinks for tea time meal you had to pay for them even though we had to pay for the meal could of received a glass of water asked for a wake up call never received it badly lit hall ways a couple were well lit but most were dark,leaking roof in one hall way caused a pool of water to form in the middle of the hall way never ask the hotel for a taxi it's a rip off paid £18 euros on 1 trip found out on uber it would cost £9 euros so half price wish I had used uber earlier could of had both journeys for the price of 1 way on a brighter note I'm home now we tried to come home after only 3 days

Put here after easyJet cancelled, quiet , 80s vibe so much potential but not used , the bar was overpriced with elvis singing ? If it was normal priced with nice background music we would have stayed but it was tacky and weird breakfast basic but clean the place could be great but need a loads of money spent . . We had a deluxe room and it had a a fridge and good air con and a small garden but I felt that I was back in 1984

EasyJet cancelled flight

My wife and I have just returned having enjoyed a two week stay. (03.May to 16th.) May  It was our second time at the hotel and it hasn't changed at all.  It is still the same beautiful hotel as before.  The staff as usual were superb and we will be visiting again next year.  Our room was a Standard Room and it was so comfortable.  I requested a room on the ground floor prior to arrival as my wife has mobility problems and it was ready and waiting when we arrived.  The Reception, Dining and Bar staff were excellent, any requests made were met with a broad smile and seen to.  This is a hotel not to be missed.

A Hotel of peace and a Haven of comfort.

I wrote a review halfway through our stay. We booked for 5 months and then extended by 16 days. Hotel is quite remote, alhough they do run a courtesy bus to quarteira. The area suits us as it is in the countryside and we enjoy walking and don't want to be in the centre which is high rise buildings. 
Hotel itself is very quiet. Stayed first in the 1st floor superior room, then moved to ground floor which has a beautiful garden area. No fridge or kettle in these rooms, but you can hire. Hotel relies on sporting groups who stay over the weekend sometimes, and local workers. Without thus trade I think they would struggle to keep going in winter.
There is alot of potential not being utilised. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day which is unessesary. Everyone takes food away from the breakfast table, and the bar is empty because it is not advertised and no happy hour. Wine €4. Beautiful cafe nearby has wine for €2 a glass.
Although we loved the hotel and extended, they did nothing to appreciate us, even though we wanted to book again next year. We had scaffolding up for 7 days due painting,  no apology or goodwill gesture. No complimentary gift at Christmas. Hotel rates are extortionate. We booked through an agent as they are much cheaper. We asked about staying an extra night because of our return flight, and even after 5 months they did not offer us a discount. I would still go back. Its a lovely, quiet hotel. No children or noise, bit the service side or appreciation as a valued customer needs attention.



Quiet and peaceful. Couples and solo hotel

This hotel is located between Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. Situated near the beach in Quarteira, the hotel is close to Aqua Show Park, and Trafal Beach. The centre of Quarteira, with a diverse range of shopping and entertainment venues is around 3 km away, and is easily reached with the hotel shuttle bus. The nearest bars, restaurants and public transportation links are 1 km away.
