Currently staying  in this wonderful hotel  room
 8007 ( great swim up  pool and very peaceful) . This hotel exceeded our expectations from a swift check in to the wonderful staff especially the staff at the pool bar who serve the drinks and delicious food the Nutella waffles are a big hit with my children. 

The room is spotless clean and replenished daily  with clean towels, nuts, crisps and water. 

The beach bar is fabulous very relaxing for a drink in the evening. 

My children really enjoyed the T bots every evening.

Can’t wait to come back.

OUTSTANDING
Visited last week of May - We are both Hilton Gold members and very well travelled, we have very high standards and i can honestly say this property was OUTSTANDING. What stands out very well are the following:

1 The property is well maintained, clean and stunning. Very relaxed Vibe. 
2 The Customer service is consistently OUTSTANDING and this never changed in 7 days at all areas.
3 The Food, honestly hate buffet food, this is  not the case, the Food and beverage manager is visibly on point at this property, you see him every day all day at all food areas. His attention to detail is unlike anything i have witnessed before even at the Waldorf Astoria. Nothing is an issue, he explained to me how the hotel make their own syrups for the Cocktails etc. He is OUTSTANDING in his role. Well done Dorotheos Bonis. 
4. The Air Con in the rooms - Always a lovely cool temperature.

If i had to be picky, the only issue we had was the temperature of the swimming pools, they are freezing. However, when the Temperature hit 30 and 40 Degrees, im sure they will be perfect, i just think it was the time of year. 

This is an OUTSTANDING resort for both Families and Couples, im sure you wont be dissapointed.

HONEST - FOOD and Beverage OUTSTANDING

Travelled as a group of 4 couples. The hotel was stunning, beautiful decor, clean, amazing food in the main restaurant and Italian. Staff were very attentive and friendly always there when your glass became empty. Didn't venture out of the hotel as we were only there for 5 nights. A wonderful break in Rhodes, I would definitely return. 
Pools were cold but that was refreshingly welcome!

A great hotel for couples or families .
The rooms are well appointed with everything you need housekeeping are excellent and work very hard to keep things clean and tidy while being discreet. 

Outside gardens and pools are constantly maintained with plenty of sunbeds and pools to choose from including water park area for families. 

The food is amazing in main restaurant and snack bars .
The al a carte restaurants are on another level with local and international cuisine to choose from .
We loved the idea of the adults only breakfast which started just before we left for home .

The staff are very polite and friendly Christos ( operations manager) is brilliant constantly making sure all residents are happy nothing is too much for him and his team .

The bar staff and waiters ( Dennis and Armando ) just to name 2 of them  are great friendly and helpful and engage with you .

Evening entertainment is great and varied the animation team put on great shows and piano bar entertainment later in the evening. 

All in all a fabulous place to holiday and we will definitely be returning.

Fabulous hotel . Great holiday 

Ok- but not 5*

Food has been nice so far and staff pleasant enough. But two main issues for us - we are a family with older kids. This hotel has ALOT of babies and toddlers. We have been there…. And of course can recall the challenges -but sadly we cannot escape constant screaming young kids and babies. Of course kids cry- but I’m talking ALL day  and parents doing nothing about it. We are in the mid age of being too old for kids stuff and not old enough for adults area (12/15)

We would all of us have liked to enjoy some peace on holiday and so far we haven’t found any.

For us - it’s not a patch on Liberty Fabay Sensatori Turkey or Blue Lagoon Village. Little things like all the sun loungers have no padding and are very grim. Look like never been washed yet this year with stains and bird poo. Little things count.

So overall- it’s ok…. But don’t expect 5 star - it’s not.better hotels out there. 

Comes down to what if costs when u book. Not worth high end prices but ok if a last minute deal
