What a wonderful Small hotel. We were All Inclusive, booked with Jet2holidays. We booked a room with side sea view as stated. We were on All Inclusive basis, but like any other hotel in Europe you pay a Holiday tax and the safe as we would not leave valuables in a room without a safe. Reception staff very friendly on arrival. The room on the small side but you do not go on holiday to spend time in a room the bathroom had a reasonable size shower cubicle with excellent waterfall shower but also compact. The room had a fridge, kettle and cups. The towels were changed every day and linen on beds changed twice. The staff were extremely friendly specially the waitering staff in the restaurants. 

When we arrived, we were told lunch would be downstairs in their public restaurant. There was a separate menu for All Inclusive but there were over 60 choices so don’t understand when people say there was a limited choice, I am a vegetarian and quite a picky eater and was quite satisfied with the options. The only worry we had was the huge portions given to us. In the middle of our stay lunch reverted to the main restaurant due to the number of All Inclusive increased. The food was Good in the main restaurant with plenty of choices for me being a vegetarian. The only slight issue the food could be slightly better labelled. 

The All-Inclusive drinks and staff service were Superb with both local and international brands not watered down. We never had any problems with ordering drinks at lunch or dinner. The only slight issue which we get on holiday the coffee was mediocre because we are used to bean to cup coffee but went to Island Coffee a two-minute walk from the hotel.

There is very limited entertainment in the hotel  which we knew when booking this is why we booked it. Slight irritation you have to pay for internet in your own room. But we will be coming back to the hotel.

A tip would be we booked with Jet2 Holidays never saw them at all as they have no rep in our hotel and would book independently next time. But had great service at the airport via Jet2 Reps and driving coming back excellent but going to hotel from airport, driver moaned about having to wait so long and dropped us off on the main street without telling us where the hotel was. Book tours with Orange Tour Company.

Friendly Small Hotel

Having stayed here for ten nights paying for all inclusive, it’s definitely not worth the money. Hotel is very clean but that’s the only positive. Staff are unfriendly once they notice your all inclusive band. Food is average. Buffet style breakfast and dinner. As it was the beginning of the season, a very basic lunch menu was offered on the veranda. 
The veranda offers a separate menu at additional costs. We ate there several times during our stay. Staff failed to mention until our last evening that they offer a 25% discount to all inclusive there. You need to ask at reception for it. 
Drinks are watered down, anything that can’t be watered down e.g bottled beers need to be paid for. 
Attempting to get a drink during dinner is nearly impossible. If you manage to order one there is a long wait for it. 
Disappointing stay here as everywhere else we visited the people were very welcoming and friendly. All inclusive residents are very much made to feel like second class citizens.

Avoid if you plan to go all inclusive.

All the staff work extremely hard across all departments at the hotel.  The food in the main restaurant for breakfast and evening meal is good.  There is a huge variety of choice of food. The staff constantly clear tables remake a table and work extremely hard.
We ate out at The Veranda Restaurant three evenings  for a change.  It was a very pleasant experience with the waiter service to take your order for drinks and food.  The Veranda restaurant is partially outdoors overlooking the sea.  The standard of waiter service is excellent. The food is freshly cooked and delicious.  We enjoyed the Greek evening which is on a Tuesday,  If you want to eat at The Veranda restaurant on Greek night it is advisable to pre-book a table.
The rooms are spotlessly clean with attention to detail with making the bed and cleaning the room daily.
There is a lovely lobby area with nice furniture to sit and relax with free wifi.  You need to pay 3 euros a day per phone for wifi  to use your phone throughout the hotel.
The pool area is nice.  There are plenty of sunbeds to sit on which are free.   There is a hotel beach with sunbeds which cost 5 euros a day per sunbed.  The beautiful mediterranean sea is idylic.
There are many shops and restaurants in the area there is a main road behind the hotel.  We hired a car for 5 days and enjoyed travelling to the real Crete.

Was very disappointed! 

Entertainment you have to pay for. Drinks for Dinner you have to pay for even when you are half board, but breakfast drinks are free which doesn’t make sense. 

Beach is really small and not enough beds and also another charge for those as well. 

Yellow stains were also on bed sheets and plug socket was dangerous as it looked smashed into wall.

Pool very small and water very cold

And!!! Wifi is free in reception but you have to pay €6 a day for wifi in your room.

Very poor for price and half board would not recommend!

The room was so small and dated. No tea/coffee milk, etc, although there is a kettle. 
Fresh Towels daily and bed made.
The air conditioning is terrible hardly blows out any cool air, and on the balcony, the heat from the unit blows out so much hot air and theres water all over the floor it makes it impossible to be able to sit out side. 
The pool is small and not enough room for everyone. We went to different places during the day. 
The food was nice we went half board but there are plenty of restaurants to eat out. Bed and breakfast would have been better for us. We ate out a few times.
The attached Al A Carte Restaurant highly recommended  the food was amazing. Staff all very nice too. The bar in the evening was a great space and fabulous hospitality
