General view

We had such a lovely stay at Blue Harbour Hotel! The room was super cute—clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. It felt cozy yet stylish, and the value for money was amazing.

What really made our stay special was the staff—so warm, friendly, and always happy to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.

The location is fantastic too—right near the beach and close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. We'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and great service without breaking the bank!

Perfect hotel

We stayed at the Blue Harbour Hotel for a week. Although the rooms appeared nice at first glance, they were not well-maintained and needed more thorough cleaning and minor repairs. Despite daily housekeeping, the cleaning wasn’t as detailed as it should have been—stains on the makeup table and dust were frequently missed. While towels were replaced daily, some were stained or very worn out.

We originally booked a double room and were told we were “lucky” to be upgraded to a junior suite, which initially excited us and gave us high hopes for the start of our holiday. However, the suite we received had a terrace facing the street, offering little privacy and considerable noise. We asked to change rooms, but unfortunately, we had to endure a sleepless first night due to the loud disturbances from intoxicated holidaymakers. Though the staff were generally courteous, we were disappointed by how slowly the situation was addressed, particularly since reception mentioned the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Our room change was granted, but not until 2 p.m. the next day. To avoid losing an entire day waiting, we left our luggage in the room to be moved by the staff.

The new room was quieter and had better amenities, though it was a standard double with an inland view, not the garden view that was advertised when we booked. Nonetheless, it was a step up from the junior suite. Unfortunately, on the third night, a group of young guests in the neighboring room were incredibly loud, talking and playing music at high volume. Despite having reported the broken phone earlier, it hadn’t been fixed, so after an hour of noise, we had to go to the reception ourselves. A staff member did intervene, and while the noise stopped briefly, it returned even louder once they left, leading to yet another sleepless night. For a hotel that promotes itself as offering a relaxing stay, this level of noise disruption is unacceptable, especially given how easily sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard.

The breakfast was simple and became repetitive, but that was to be expected for a hotel of this size. In conclusion, while the hotel has an appealing design, a good location, and potential, it needs significant improvements in maintenance, noise control, and service efficiency to truly live up to its “boutique hotel” label.

Great customer service

While the staff’s customer service was generally good, things weren’t handled as promptly as we’d hoped, especially since the reception informed us the hotel wasn’t fully booked. We eventually had our room changed, but not until the next day at 2 pm. We opted to leave our packed luggage in the room and have it moved by staff so we didn’t waste the entire day waiting.

Good stay but could be better

The location was absolutely amazing. We had everything within a few hundred meters... the rooms were clean and daily the staff were restocking the coffee, changing the sheets and leaving fresh towels, like the first day we checked in. The receptionist Tijen was super attending, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us some tips, insight... the place is absolute gem in Ayia Napa and Tijen made our stay even better! Highly recommend the place!

Loverly place for the family right in the middle of it all so no.long walks to where its going on. Stones throw from the harbour. Just wish they had a pool that's the only thing missing. I would come back regardless though. Good parking too.
