This was actually a great experience I had with my family I am really glad I came to this hotel it was really comfortable the staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean and tidy and the beach is so beautiful I am really so happy to come here probably I will come here again thank u amarina

I went there in 2022 and I had a good experience 
I went again this summer it was awful super terrible 
Very very very dirty , the staff got changed to unprofessional ones ,the aren’t even wearing their uniforms ,the food is super bad ,unclean and terrible 
There wasn’t soup for lunch , the restaurant tables were full of  leftovers , there was dust and cigarette butts all over the floors , the most humorous thing ever was when I asked for soda and the bar man told me that they no longer offer soft drinks they only offer nectars like what is this?😂😂

Very bad service and very bad food, there is no security, the Resturant was not clean,
Rooms also not clean, it was A very bad trip I spend all my money for nothing the most bad trip in my life i didn’t go place like this ever, to much drunk people and uncontrollable.

A very bad trip

Awful, awful place. 1) Room service: we had two rooms, both rooms were extremely dusty, the floor was unclean, even when i asked room service to clean it they didn’t mop because they didn’t have any atm(???). I should’ve known how unclean the place is from how disgusting the reception and the elevators smelled and looked. (Seriously elevator smells like feet and its floor is brown) They knocked twice before unlocking the door, i didnt tell them to enter or anything, the guy argued back with me then slammed the door in my face. Everyone on my floor complained of the same issue. We spent the rest of the 3 days worried about someone just walking in if we don’t open fast enough. Why didn’t i use the do not disturb sign? Because there isnt one in the rooms. Lastly, 2 out of the three days room service didn’t even come to our door. When giving us our daily 2 bottles of water, the room service guy only wanted to give us one, and said he’ll give us the other one later at 7pm, even though he had  a lot of bottles. Room service was helpful but rude.
2)Food: food and dishes were always running out. Food tasted mediocre to be fair.  The place of the buffet is disgusting. Food everywhere, hair and dust bunnies on the floor. The tables are always, always dirty, they only take the unclean dished but never clean up the table so you have to eat with food bits around you. 
3) There was only one working elevator in the whole place, they never bothered to fix any of them. When we arrived, the corridors were completely dark, 3 hours later they fixed the lights. My room’s lock randomly gave out and they didn’t bother to fix it, however they offered me another room. 
4) The beach was good, there are some rocks right before the beach they’re a bit uncomfortable but there are no rocks on the beach or in the water. The water level is super low, it felt like, no matter how far i went i can still touch the beach floor with my feet. Water activities were fun.
5) everyday at 10 the hotel offers to take people to different sights in sharm using one bus, it was very crowded. 
6) To other Egyptians, they treat tourists much better, they were openly hostile towards Egyptians. 
In conclusion, not worth the money at all. I felt sad that this place was probably some tourists first time in egypt.

Disappointing
