Pool

This hotel was the biggest let down to our family. Now home the repercussions of choosing this place is still present with continuing upset stomach. 
The rooms were dirty! Floors not mopped and dusty on arrival, sinks with no plug traps, shower with no glass, so unusable. 
Dining room experience was the biggest let down! No cups, no glasses and finding yourself a clean table with cutlery was just a joke. When clean items were sent out from the kitchen they were still wet and still had signs of past use. 
Food was not hot, just warm! Not enough serving spoons so guests using their hands. Food was tasteless. There is a birds nest in the dining room and birds in and out throughout the service. No evidence that the hotel recognised this as a problem or tried to remove it. 
We stopped using the restaurant and ate out! Not what you expect to have to do on an all inclusive hotel holiday. 
The inevitable happened and sickness bug hit our family group- trips to the chemist became a daily activity! 
Seeking the cleaning team i asked for antibacterial spray, our cleaner did not have it on his trolley- glass cleaner yes, polish yes- nothing to actually clean a bathroom or wipe surfaces with. 
He did eventually come back with dettol but its clear to me that this is not the normal chemical they use to clean. 
I could go on and on! But i hope whoever is reading this review will just swipe past this hotel and go elsewhere! 

I have to say Fathay and Ahmed from the pool bar were just amazing, and its a shame that the rest of the staff were polar opposite. 

Toilets round the pool were also filthy! 

Just dont book here.

Dirty unhygienic and lacking basic clean equipment

The best vacation ever I enjoy my time here and the staff so kind and helpful if I visit sharm again I book this hotel for second and third and…..etc it’s amazing i was staying in another hotel and change it here thanks for moka , shady , fefo , maraim , wiskey and the waiters I forgot their name they are friendly kind and helpful

Good for all inclusive had one incident where a German ( adult ) tried to bite my gfs son but security dealt with it very well  entertainment what you expect not great but average for a all inclusive resort on. Site shop which the owner was great and very friendly water park was good kids really enjoyed it wouldn’t go back again but it was a good two weeks :)

Great time food was good

The resort have a incredibile view.The room was very big and clean.The animation was very amazing.I red reviews that are saying that isn t enough plates in the main restaurant , nu nuthis isn t true are a lot of plates.Michael from the reception was very kind with me and answered to my questions every time.

Big resort!

I like this resort because the main pool is very big. The view from the balcony and the lagoon is amazing. The quality of the food is a good one. Kunefe, Koshari and the fish were very well cooked. Michael from the reception helped us every time with our problems very quickly. The staff from the restaurants Lagoon and Basilico were very kind. I recommend this resort.
